This episode we hang out with our gloriously talented Irregular B*tches poet Donna Ashworth.

She has the ability to get into our brains and write out our every thought. Our core question is how the bloody hell does she do it? And what is her process for writing poetry that sums up exactly how we feel?

How her overthinking and emotional intelligence lead her to her talent and now her job as a poet.

How she looks after her mental health having opened herself up to us in her work.

And how she wants her work to help us accept who we are.

Oh and there is a little bonus bit of bants at the end from all of us. We hope you like it!

Donna's 'To the Women', 'The Right Words', 'I Wish I Knew' and many more incredible publications can be found on Amazon, her website and all good book shops. So why not buy a few copies, like we do, and pop them in your presents cupboard.
