What's the truth about sleep and technology? Are screens turning us into a generation of insomniacs, with nocturnal tech habits depriving of us hours of rest every night? Or are there some uses of screens which might actually help us in our quest to get a better night's sleep? Dr Guy Leschziner, consultant neurologist and clinical lead at the Sleep Disorders Centre at Guy's Hospital in London (one of Europe's largest sleep units), joins us to talk all things sleep and screens.
