Segment 1: Introduction
Jack and Jack Nolan discuss the current happenings involving the Notre Dame football program.
Segment 2: Jack, senior football captain James Onwualu and senior softball pitcher Rachel Nasland talk with junior hockey goaltender and team captain Cal Petersen. Petersen was named an Honorable Mention Hockey East All-Star and was selected as the team's Monogram Club Most Valuable Player after posting a 19-11-7 record in 2015-16. His 87 saves in the longest collegiate hockey game ever played against UMass during the first round of the 2014-15 Hockey East playoffs remains an NCAA record.
Segment 3: Jack, James and Rachel catch up with Notre Dame track & field head coach Alan Turner. Turner is in his third season as Irish head coach after first arriving on campus as an assistant coach in 2010. During Turner's head coaching tenure, Notre Dame athletes have claimed four NCAA Championship titles and a slew of ACC accolades, along with Margaret Bamgbose '(16) representing both Nigeria and Notre Dame in the Rio Olympics. The Irish open the 2016-17 indoor track & field season with the Blue & Gold Invitational on Dec. 2 inside the Loftus Sports Center.
