This is a meaningful episode, and we even had a few laughs as we recorded it. When I consider my mortality – and those whom I love - I want to love them with more depth and purpose. I want to make good choices, and live my life the best I can. My Zumba sister and walking partner, Sharon Hancock, joined me for this episode.
