Today I have Jason Maxwell of jmaxfitness.com on the show! Jason is one of the guys involved with the DUP Method (Daily Undulating Periodization). And oh yeah, he’s also a Rocket Scientist (not kidding)!
I really enjoyed my discussion with Jason – he was able to mesh the simple with the advanced in a way that few can. I tend to look for that more than some others – after all, simplifying tough/controversial issues is what this Podcast is all about!
