Absolutely amazing time team teaching a total body weight workout for the legs, booty, arms, core, with fitness icon Kathy Smith. Truly a fantastic opportunity! I've personally worked out with Kathy at-home using many of her DVDs since I was a teenager. There's a reason she's still going strong in the fitness industry today! Equipment needed: 5 lb. weights and a mat or towel Description: Warm-up with us by marching, squatting, lifting knees, and adding in arm movements. Get your joints and muscles warm and ready. Then move through three great sections working the lower body, upper body, and core. Be sure to go through our stretch at the end where you'll get the chance to hear the answers to some great questions I asked Kathy about her fitness career and beliefs.
