Ken and Mike are in their third season of a trilogy of seasons, this season is focused on us in Christ. In this episode, they look at us in Christ verses from 1 Thessalonians. In them, we discover that in Christ we stand firm, lead, care, rejoice, pray, and give thanks in everything. Mike and Ken discuss what we learn from these verses and how we can apply what we learn to our lives. Both of the guys have interviewed for lead pastoral roles in the last couple of years. A listener wants to know how is the interview process for pastors different and similar to other job interviews. The guys also kick around how youth pastor interviews have changed over the years.
