This week Jojo chats with Double Guinness World Record breaker, Jason Auld to discuss fear, confidence, freedom and love. It's full of inspiration and will be sure to fire up that mojo.

Jason recently received a new Guiness World Record for "Heaviest Overhead Press Whilst Riding A Unicycle". His short film collaboration with Rod Penn, about Jason's attempt to set a new Guinness World Record, picked up an award at the scottish short film festival. The film is shot in Edinburgh and features Scottish based talent from the health, fitness and wellness industry. Starring Personal Trainer Dan Scott, Yoga teacher Cece Ho and nutritionist Michael Ulloa.
