What is the one thing you wish you knew then that you know now?

How to say No. No is complete sentence. That it is ok to say no. That no can lead to yes in ways you never thought possible.

How do you cultivate your champion mindset when you are faced with challenges? Trust the process. You are going to have detours and obstacles and most times these are put in your path lead to the place you need to going.

You know your own truth. Allow yourself to practice your truth you can take advantage of the resources that are out there to help you make incremental steps for change.
