Lewis Marshall is the broker over the newest office for McLemore & Co. that will be opening this fall in Cooper-Young. His nearly 2 decades in the business, various leadership positions across the local and state realtor associations, and just his general involvement in the industry have allowed him to have amazing experiences that he brings to his clients and his brokerage every single day. Learning about his journey to this point and various stops along the way is certainly worth a listen.
In the second segments I brought back my friends Amanda Lott with Crye-Leike Midtown and Chris Garland with Garland Company Real Estate to discuss some of the unique things that can arise when working in the condo market in Memphis. The two are some of the very best agents in the city without exception but when we narrow it down to condos specifically there aren’t but 1 or 2 other people that I’d even rank in their class with the knowledge they’ve acquired in that space.
