In today's episode, KGI President Sheldon Schuster interviews Dan Witzling, who is the Executive Director, Los Angeles-Central Coast Area, for the American Cancer Society (ACS).

Witzling is primarily responsible for managing the society’s broad event portfolio, creating and developing regional and internal boards, and establishing innovative collaborations to support and advance cancer care.

Before the ACS, Witzling was a Director of Corporate Development and Marketing for a nonprofit called Breathe California of Los Angeles, which merged with the American Lung Association. Prior to that, he served as Director of Communications for Jewish Big Brothers and Sisters of Los Angeles.

Witzling earned his BA at UCLA in International Business Development Studies and Developmental Economics. He received his MBA from the American Jewish University.
