Are your kids digitally distracted? Tom Kersting is the author of Disconnected and he will talk to us about the effects too much tech is having on our kids and their developing brains. The effects range from having children misdiagnosed with Attention Deficit and taking powerful medications they don't really even need to kids who suffer from so much social anxiety they can't face going to school. Our kids are digitally wired in away we have never witnessed in history and they are suffering for it. Today on the show we will take a hard look at the cost and learn some practical strategies for helping your kids detox from the tech in their lives.
