A life long drug addict and alcoholic, Metheny spent any money he earned from jobs on his vices. This also led to him living in homeless camps outside Baltimore before he got his final job which aloud him to live on company property. However, this would be unfortunate as Joe was able to lock the gates of his facility, trapping in victims and using the work site as a burial ground. But, before putting his victims in the grave, Joe alleges that he cut off meat from the bodies, stored it in Tupperware, and used it to make burgers which he sold at his road-side stand. Hear his horrifying tale of at least ten murders, many of which occurred after he was found innocent after his first murder trial.
