KJAZZ Radio UK Top 10 – We have resurfaced on the other side of the studio move we have brushed the dust and construction material of the CD’s (literally) and were ready to play you the smoothest indie grooves and more on this weeks Top 10. Thank you for voting over the few weeks we were off the air. Your votes have been tallied and its time for you to hear the results. In this weeks show we congratulate Chicago’s living blues, jazz and opera legend Holle Thee Maxwell on her recent “Master Blues Artist” award in the Chicago Hall of Fame. To celebrate we have an exclusive bluesy mix in the show you won’t want to miss.
Jeff Gaeth retains the number 1 spot this week and Sam Hankins has secured the number 2 spot. The James Colah Project has also garnered support from his fans in the US & UK and the result… a very positive move up the chart for his single. Roger Smith has been on the chart before with ‘Workin It’. This week see’s a welcome return to the chart for this great groove from the keyboardist of Tower Of Power.
On this weeks “Fourplay mix” we take a musical salute to some of the fine lady musicians of KJAZZ UK featuring: Holle Thee Maxwell, Melina Narezo, Viktor Lazlo and Sarai Usry but it all kicks off with the latest great single from The Robert Lee Revue “Estrella”
