Adam Frewer also known as the Adam Channel is on the show to talk about how he overcome huge upheaval as a child, being in a gang from the age of 8. Adam then went on to take up martial arts and free running, but this was cut short when he broke nine bones in his body. This sent Adam into total meltdown not knowing where to turn next.

Adam is going to be sharing with us today how he overcame violence, anger and suicidal thoughts, to be one of the most positive people we have had on the show. He will tell you how you can overcome hurt and pain in your life.

Discovering he could channel, Adam is also a healer, helping people on a spiritual level as well as a physical and a mental level.
