Walter Turner speaks with Oscar Lopez Rivera who was incarcerated for 35 years for his role in fighting for Puerto Rico’s independence. President Barack Obama commuted López Rivera’s sentence and he was released from prison on May 17, 2017, after 35 years in prison.
