Crashing cruise ships, striking museum workers, degrading coral reefs -- these are all symptoms of overtourism -- a problem that's only going to get worse. The UN World Tourism Organization reported that 1.4 billion trips were taken in 2018. That number is expected to rise to 1.8 billion by 2030.
