In this episode, the first of a two part series, Chelsea dives DEEP into identifying limiting beliefs - the questions you can ask yourself to determine what beliefs you are holding onto and where they came from.
In order to determine how to move forward from what is holding us back we have to be able to clearly identify WHAT it is that is holding us back in the first place.
Often, limiting beliefs are given to us from outside sources and we cling onto them. Not knowing any better and not being able to step into the best or strongest version of ourselves.
Part 2 will cover how to move forward through the limiting beliefs and how to create new beliefs that serve you.
