Our guest is Grayslake North head football coach Sam Baker
We first ask Sam about preparations for the Knights Week 9 rivalry game vs Grayslake Central on Oct. 19 (2:00) and how his team has been in playoff mode since September (5:00) Next we begin a wide-ranging conversation with Sam on a movement he is starting to grow the sport of football. He calls it #GrowFootball (7:30). Listen to this conversation as we cover various topics as it relates to football and how Sam believes the time is now to promote the short and long term benefits of the sport. A really important, insightful chat with Coach Baker that is educational for all players, parents, coaches, administrators and anyone associated with youth and high school sports.
