Are you ever concerned with the amount of plastic our industry produces every year? 10 years ago I didn't really care, and why was that? Because I was pretty ignorant of how much damage plastic has caused in our environment and how it has impacted our health as a society. That said I watched a couple of documentaries over the last few years, and now I am much more aware of the horrible side effects that plastic has had on our world. I would never call myself an expert, but I am no longer a fan of plastic and want to see us as a society use it less and less.In today's episode, we have Andra Tashjian from LunaKai Lash join us to talk about her lash journey as well as sustainability in the lash industry. Five years ago Andra decided to start a lash brand with the plan to change how lash products are made and distributed. It's been a tough journey but she continues to grow her brand while advocating for more green solutions in our industry.
