We're back! Latics Listen's Christmas break is over and our return coincides with the most wonderful time of the year... it's the FA Cup third round, so we just had to bring you a cup special to kick off 2019.
2013 FA Cup winning captain Emmerson Boyce and Man of the Match Callum McManaman relive those memorable moments across the 2013 run, with the latter also focussing on how a victory against West Bromwich Albion this season can be a catalyst in the club's Sky Bet Championship campaign.
Recently returning defender Chey Dunkley tells us about his comeback from injury and his own personal memories in the FA Cup, whilst the man who brought down Manchester City last season walks us through his famous goal in Latics' 1-0 victory at the DW Stadium last February.
We're also joined by Latics fan Jamie Keene who shares his memories of the FA Cup as a young supporters, describing what it was like to see such moments as our 3-0 win at Goodison Park, the semi-final trip to Wembley and of course the final itself, plus the following season's Europa League campaign and a second semi-final at the national stadium.
And as usual, we check in with John Hill from official club betting partner Coral to hear your best options ahead of a weekend with some guaranteed giants killings!
If you'd like to get involved or feature on Latics Listen, please get in touch through our social media channels on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram, or by emailing laticslisten@wiganathletic.com - your comments, questions and support are much appreciated!
