Many of us know the story of Anne Frank very well. However, there is a generation that is missing out on her teenage angst, powerful words and affect on a time in history we should never forget. I spoke with Producer, Writer and Director, Stan Zimmerman, Actors Tasha Dixon, Genesis Ochoa and David Gurrola. Zimmerman was watching a CNN report on a Jewish woman who was so affected by what was going on, in regards to deportations, she took it upon herself to help undocumented peoples go into hiding.

The feeling of fear and bravery that live inside Anne Frank are feelings shared by undocumented peoples, as well as, those like myself who have family memebers affected by this. It is also a reminder that each time we say, "it's not anything like the Holocust," it's because we cannot let it get that far.
