The digital transition has been going on now for over a decade and although we see it and live it every day we will not have made the transition to a fully digital life until the work flows and processes around new technology are modernized and adapted. This means that companies need to look at digital transition with a 360-degree view. They have to understand what digitalization means to sales, marketing, customer relationship management, recruiting and just about every process in their company. And leaders must understand their people. Even the clearest digital strategy will fail if your people are unprepared to embrace it. As critical as defining where you want to be is, setting up the capabilities and processes that will enable it are even more critical. This episode looks at digital transition as a whole, with a focus on what it means for sales, marketing and the people that are leading us into the next generation of business.
