Have you ever felt frustrated at someone because they didn't do what you want them to do? Many times in our relationships we have a set of rules and expectations that we want people to follow in order for us to be happy. What we don't realize is that every expectation is a thought and every thought is a choice. If you want to create winning relationships, we have to change the way we think and feel towards others. In this podcast I explain more about the manuals we carry in our brains for other people, and how we can re-write those manuals to create healthy relationships.
