It’s January 2021 and we are about halfway through, how are your self-care habits going? As entrepreneurs, leaders, and committed to self-improvement, I can’t say this enough, self-care is non-negotiable. We have a responsibility to stick with it. And it is not always what you think it is. In fact, this is so important that I want to dive right in with our guest today and get right to it. Prepare to take some notes, here we go.
