In de december spraken we met Caecilia van Peski; een echte ingewijde in buitenlands beleid en democratisering. Caecilia vertelt over haar werk voor o.a. de VN, het waarnemen bij verkiezingen in het buitenland en het implementeren van democratie in staten.
Voor ons als verrassing vertelde Caecilia ook dat ze kandidaat zal zijn voor D66 bij de komende EU-verkiezingen.
