In this episode, Scott uses “plain talk” to explain some key terms, issues, and results from the November 2018 Midterm elections. The conversation gives a brief historical reference, plus discussions of races for the House of Representatives, Senate, governorships, with a closing focus on the political view from Southwest Virginia.
