Recording this from Sri Lanka, we’ve recently experienced the uncomfortable periods and moments that come with travel and discuss our last few weeks in Chaing Mai Thailand.
Travelling the world has so many upsides: the experiences, new cultures and freedom you have, however there is also a sacrifice that comes with travel. This week we discuss what those sacrifices are and give an insight into the negative side of travel.
Our topic of the week is stress. How and when we’ve felt stressed in the past and what we do to overcome stress.
We talk about the different types of stress and what you can do to change your own perspective that can benefit you and leave you feeling more positive.
