In our previous episode, we talked about Blue Zones, areas of the world with very high numbers of centenarians. We “visited” Okinawa, Nicaragua, Greece and Sardinia. In this episode, we end our world tour in North America. Yes, North America has some of the longest living people in the world. They’re not an ethnic group but a religious one: Seventh-day Adventists. Who are these Seventh-day Adventists and what lifestyle habits set them apart from the rest of us and give them such longevity? We answer these and more in this episode.
