Today, we will hear her inspiring story. She's lived through a journey of pain, and you'll hear how she used her mind to find healing and overcome debilitating pain.

Carissa experienced chronic pain for many years and tried various medical treatments and therapies, with little success. Frustrated and feeling hopeless, she turned to the power of her mind and began exploring different techniques for healing and self-care.

Through meditation, visualization, and other mindfulness practices, Carissa was able to tap into her inner strength and find a new level of resilience and healing. She also learned to listen to her body and make positive changes in her lifestyle, such as adopting some new hobbies that helped her work through all of this.
