Isn't it cool how "bandwagon fan" is a negative term - we literally discourage becoming a fan of teams because they've been successful. What if we could apply the same logic to ourselves - "Oh you like me now that I've accomplished my goals - well you're not a "real" fan because I've been faithfully rooting for myself since the 80's when I was losing at everything." Probably sounds pretty foreign, but why? Let's find out in our next four part series on stopping that negative self-talk.
