The Chicago White Sox got swept for the 21st time this season after losing to the Texas Rangers 2-1 yesterday. However, rookie pitcher Nick Nastrini made his first start in over two months after he returned from Triple-A Charlotte and pitched very well. At least, there is finally something good to talk about.

Host Todd Welter discussed how Nastrini was demoted twice because of command issues and looked awful for a bit in Charlotte after his second demotion. Nastrini turned things around recently and earned another promotion and pitched very well. It was the type of performance you hope he can build on as the Sox young pitching is about the only good thing this club has.

Todd also talked about how Andrew Benintendi has been crushing home runs lately which is something completely unexpected.

This is still the White Sox, so there are bad things that have to be discussed. One of those bad topics that must be covered is how bad Lenyn Sosa has been especially fielding-wise. Todd discusses why Sosa's lack of baseball instincts is another reason to stop playing him. However, he seems to be the player Grady Sizemore loves to play.

Finally, Nicky Lopez was reportedly put on waivers. Todd discusses why a contender should claim Nicky however it is unlikely it will happen.
