About the host:

I'm Jess Dante, the founder of Love and London, an online travel guide that helps visitors to London to have the trip of a lifetime. I moved to London in 2013 after meeting my now-husband in Prague and getting married in New York. Even with over eight million people living in London, I feel like it's still hard to make meaningful connections with other Londoners. It's understandable... we're all busy, live all across the city, and it's hard to get to know someone on a deeper level when you are chatting in a loud bar or only meet in passing while waiting for the bus. It's what can make this overpopulated city feel quite lonely at times.

Over the years, I've gotten to meet so many cool Londoners who are doing incredible things and that have incredible stories, so I've decided to sit down and get to know them better, and I'm bringing you along with me so you can get to know them too. I hope Londoners I've Met inspires you to take the time to get to know someone you've met, wherever you live, and to hear their story. You never know what you're going to find out.
