Do you ever find yourself thinking that you should "think more positively" about a situation, as though that in and of itself can solve major challenges? If you do (she says as she raises her hand!), that's not too surprising because we get lots of messages that tell us that's possible when, of course, things are a bit more complicated than that. In this week's episode we're digging into Yoga Sutra 2.33, "When presented with disquieting thoughts or feelings, cultivate an opposite, elevated attiude," and talking about one key word in there and what it has to do with positive thinking, body acceptance, and more.
