In this episode, we interviewed Aaron and Shauna Niequist! Aaron is a musician and author of the book "The Eternal Current." Shauna is a New York Times best-selling author of the book "Present Over Perfect."

They are opposites in every way, yet respect and love their differences. They have learned how an extrovert and introvert can work together. They share their story about saying yes to OPRAH, which meant saying no to something else really important. We also learn how from this duo on how to make realistic assessments of what a 'yes' decision means, for everyone involved.

The Niequists have also changed the idea of a successful day to be more about connection than accomplishing tasks and valuing the things in life that are unique to only what you can do.

Join us this week as we celebrate ONE year of the Love or Work Podcast, as we continue to learn from others and ask the hard questions. We will be sharing a giveaway on Instagram this week. Find us @loveorwork!
