"I've gone through very horrible body image issues and I've been through the ringer with eating disorders and so many things... so I know that I need to constantly check back in with myself and see if I'm okay, if I'm relapsing or anything like that. So, I need to allow myself to have whatever thoughts are coming naturally, but, once I do I need to choose to replace those accusations or those negative thoughts with affirmations.
