Hey, I'm Ashley Machado, a counselor and mental health consultant, and this is M Well, the podcast.
Are you one of the over 40 million people that is working on their mental health? Or maybe you know someone who is, or maybe you're just looking to better your life by learning new tools for your mental health toolbox.
Well, you're in the right place. Here at M Well, we'll be talking about things like mental health, relationships, anxiety, happiness, stress, communication, and leadership. I'll be sharing about these topics in a relatable way with short, tangible tools and resources that you'll be able to implement right away.
This will help you to live life fully at home and at work. You can also expect interviews with industry leaders so we can learn how they take their personal and professional lives to the next level.
I've spoken about mental health and agriculture all over the country, and I also provide wellness plans to a variety of agribusinesses. At these events, people always come up to me and ask, "but wait. How do I talk to my husband about this?"

So I thought, hey, why don't I show them? I'm pulling Manny off the ranch to talk through all of these topics that can sometimes feel off limits.
M Well is a place where you'll leave thinking, I'm not alone and I can do this. Be sure to tune in September 28th and binge the first couple of episodes.
