Welcome to another episode of the Mastering Counseling podcast! This episode we're covering community mental health. Joining Megan to share her expertise is Katie Fleming, LMFT. Katie spent much of her earlier career working in community mental health, and had much to share on this subject.

Katie completed her undergraduate education at Purdue University and her graduate training at The Family Institute at Northwestern University before starting work in the field as a crisis therapist at a Chicago community mental health agency. After working in community mental health for a short while, she then transitioned to seeing clients in private practice at a couple of different group practices before eventually opening her own practice in late 2016, Fleming Family Therapy. In addition to her clinical work, Katie also manages and supervises two associate therapists.
