Welcome to another episode of the Mastering Counseling podcast! This week we're exploring a very important topic - sex and love addiction. Joining Megan to share her expertise is Staci Sprout. Staci Sprout is a licensed clinical social worker and certified sex addiction therapist with her own private practice in Seattle, Washington called r.evolution psychotherapy. The practice specializes in therapeutic recovery from sexual/relationship addiction, intimacy avoidance, and codependency.

Staci completed both her undergraduate and graduate education at the University of Washington and practiced therapy in several different types of clinical settings before opening her own private practice, Revolution Psychotherapy, in 2011. In addition to seeing clients, she also conducts frequent presentation and trainings on sex addiction, runs a psycho-educational blog, “A new sexual revolution,” and authored a memoir about sex addiction and recovery, entitled Naked in Public: A Memoir of Recovery From Sex Addiction and Other Temporary Insanities.
