This week on the podcast I am joined on the podcast by Tara Newbigging from Canmore, Alberta. She is the founder of BooTy and Studio B and you may remember Tara from all the way back in season 1. I had the pleasure of chatting with Tara as one of my very first episodes that I did for M.B.Om, and on that episode we talked all about how she stepped outside of the box to create her own fitness brand, BooTy. Since then, Tara has trained BooTy leaders around the world, as well as opened a home studio in Canmore called Studio B. On this episode, Tara and I talk about what it was like to grow her brand and her business, train other teachers around the globe, and what it's been like to open a yoga & fitness studio in a small town. Tara talks about business lessons and what she's learned through the process of growing her business, and much more. Enjoy! ------ Want to join me on a tropical adventure in Costa Rica this fall? Meghan Pherrill and I are co-leading a retreat for yoga teachers at the beautiful Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort November 2-9, 2019 and we'd love for you to join us. Check out the details at ------
