This week on the podcast I am joined by Kremena Yordanova from YorYoga. Kremena is originally from Bulgaria, but joined me from the Netherlands. Kremena took her first yoga class when she moved to the Netherlands in 2006, and she soon realized that with a regular practice, yoga could be life changing. She began teaching yoga in 2008 and has been teaching ever since. Now, she teaches weekly yoga classes, special workshops, events and retreats.

On this episode, we talk about how Kremena built her yoga business in The Hague, how to find your authentic voice as a yoga teacher, how to create meaningful relationships on and off the mat, the business lessons she's learned throughout her career and much more.

Enjoy!
