In this episode, Erinn and Sara talk to Tad DiBiase - a former Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Columbia that became known as “The No Body Guy” after prosecuting DC’s second “no body” homicide case in 2006, and going on to write No Body Homicide Cases: A Practical Guide to Investigating, Prosecuting and Winning Cases When the Victim is Missing. (https://www.amazon.com/No-Body-Homicide-Cases-Investigating-Prosecuting/dp/1482260069) He currently teaches on the topic and consults with law enforcement agencies on best practices for investigating and prosecuting “no body” cases. He’s been featured on a number of podcasts including Payne Lindsey’s, "Up and Vanished." A special thanks to Sara for setting up the interview with Tad and for all the work she has done (and continues to do) behind the scenes to help find Maura. Thanks to Scott as well for all of his help and for setting up the audio for the interview. And of course, thanks to Tad for taking the time to answer our questions and sharing his thoughts about Maura’s case.
