Steve is a VC with RRE Ventures based in New York. He runs a blog about trends in tech, cool startups and life in NYC. We sat down in RRE’s office to discuss how Steve meditates in chaotic situations, like a schoolyard filled with kids; what he has learned about himself as a result of meditation; and how meditation helped him find inner strength to overcome his anxiety and other challenges in his life.

To learn more about Vedic Meditation, you can find a teacher in your hometown by searching online or take a course on MindBodyGreen led by Charles Knowles. Steve also mentioned participating in mass meditations based in NY called The Big Quiet.
