Put the fresh herbs in a teapot (you could throw in some additional immune-boosting ingredients, like ginger, cinnamon and orange peel) and pour in hot — but not boiling — water. Leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes, and then strain. Add honey to taste; and enjoy!
