It's #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek this week and Mick Coyle was joined by Sarah Kendrick, Head of Service at Place2Be who are the driving force behind this campaign.

Sarah told Mick about the reasons behind the campaign, her thoughts on how young people deal with their mental health and how the Duchess of Cambridge is a big supporter.

Mick was also joined in the studio by Erin, Charlotte and Jess from Archbishop Blanch. They were taking part in this year's NowFest which was featured in last week's podcast - a festival for young people who use performing arts to tell a story about mental health and the importance of it.

Plus, Mick spoke to the Director of Time To Change, Sue Baker OBE, about their very successful #TimeToTalk day
