If you've never tried meditating before, it can sound intimidating. But here's a tidbit that really helped me when I was starting out: it's called a meditation PRACTICE. The goal is not to be perfect, or to have zero thoughts in your mind. Heck, my ADHD brain is always running... but becoming more aware of my thoughts and taking a few minutes to tune into my mind and body each day has really helped me.
