Today's episode is a Morning Musing with me, Heather Miller. This is a short 15 minute episode with some reflections and quotes from the book, "The Untethered Soul" by Michael Singer. I share my surprise of how powerful his ideas about navigating the psyche were, how systemic in nature the ideas felt—Singer overlays a framework of being along with his views on living. This book isn't simply another "spirituality" genre book. His ideas on allowing, moving beyond resistance, losing the addiction to the psyche, and his experience of enlightenment (which he tries to teach) gives this book it’s own distinct place in the canon of self help.
