Join CSIS's Burke Chair in Strategy for a discussion with Dr. Munqith Dagher, who will present findings from a major series of public opinion surveys and analyses of Iraqi public opinion on the sudden rise, the slow fall, and the future of ISIS, or the Da’ish.
Dr. Dagher is the CEO of the Independent Institute for Administration and Civil Society Studies (IIACSS), and a leading Iraqi expert on polling and public opinion analysis.
Hosted by Anthony Cordesman, Dr. Dagher's presentation will explore the Da’ish’s life cycle, why Iraqis decide to join Da’ish, the impact of the conflict on its fighters, and how the region can best handle the conflict into the future.
