The 2016 Olympic Trials Marathons are brimming with storylines. Can Meb Keflezighi and Shalane Flanagan repeat? Is this Shalane’s last Trials at the marathon distance? Will Galen Rupp make history by becoming the first athlete to earn an Olympic spot in his debut marathon? Will a masters runner – or two – make the team? Answers will play out over the course of 26.2 miles Saturday, Feb. 13 in Los Angeles and Steve discusses all the angles with Olympian Carrie Tollefson.
