The most frustrating complex but frustrating tool we have is our brains.

How do we make sure that we’re always building up our brains so that we can find more and more success throughout our lives… instead of just slowly tearing ourselves down?

As we have life experiences, we create mental and emotional blocks that can prevent us from doing things like taking risks, or trusting people, or even taking action on things that matter at all.

Our beliefs about ourselves and the world are the biggest drivers of behavior.

Similarly to how we work out our muscles to keep them strong and feed out bodies to keep it nourished, we have to give the same kind of love and attention to our brain and mental processes.

So that’s what we’re talking about today.

Our guest is John Assaraf. He’s one of the leading mindset and behavioral experts in the world. He’s been on shows like Larry King Live, Anderson Cooper and The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

He’s been featured in 10 movies, including “The Secret” and “Quest for Success” with Richard Branson and the Dalai Lama.

And he’s going to teach us how to actually enhance the functioning of your brain in ways that will help you to master your thoughts and emotions so that you can achieve any goal you desire.
